About Aron Delden, his wife Marianne Waas and their two daughters.

Aron Delden was the eldest son of Jacob Delden and Leentje Ossedrijver. He was born in Amsterdam on 31 August 1899 and earned his living as pedler. On 21 April 1919 he married Marianne Waas in Amsterdam, who was born there on 3 January 1891 as a daughter of Lion Mozes Waas and Sara Hekster. Aron and Marianne had two daughters together: Lena on 27 April 1919 and Celina was born on 24 August 1921.

The Cosel period.

The period from 28 August to 12 December 1942 was known as the so-called Cosel period. Deportation trains  made a stopover at the freight station of Cosel, located 80 km west of Auschwitz.
