Accuracy of Data
Great care is taken to maintain the database containing (public) personal data, addresses, and family compositions of Holocaust victims. However, the Jewish Cultural Quarter (JCK) cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data. The JCK is not responsible for the accuracy of contributions from visitors.
Visitor Contributions
The posting of contributions—including obtaining permission for use where necessary and correctly stating the copyright status of the posted material—is the responsibility of the user. The JCK cannot be held liable for any copyright infringement by users. See also the rules regarding privacy and copyright and the user regulations.
Database Management
The Jewish Cultural Quarter manages the website and is the author of the database containing (public) personal data, addresses, and family compositions of Holocaust victims. This data is made available upon request to researchers, institutions, or private individuals who are, for example, involved in establishing a (digital or physical) monument or website. Personal data of website users (user accounts) are excluded from this.
