Volgens het politierapport van 4 augustus 1942, 20.00 uur, wordt Abraham Heertje gearresteerd omdat hij fl. 3200,-ondergebracht heeft bij een man aan de Eemstraat en zich ontrokken heeft aan de verplicht inlevering bij Lippmann en Rosenthal. Hij blijft in bewaring ter voorgeleiding aan de SD.
