Joseph Smeer, tailor, who was born 7 April 1899 in Amsterdam as son of Wolf Smeer and Etje Slager married 4 September 1929 in Amsterdam Naatje Beek, born 11 September 1903 as twinsister of Jesaya Beek and daughter of Lion Beek en Eva Spier.  The Smeer couple lived at Thérèse Schwartzestraat 17 2^nd floor in Amsterdam and had a daughter on 24 November 1930, named Eva.
