The mayor of Lochem requested that Paulina Wijler-Vomberg, living in Lochem, be located, detained and brought to trial. She was suspected of having changed her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

Salomon Wijler and his family

Salomon Wijler and Paulina Wijler-Vomberg had been hiding in a house called "De Blauwvoet" in Epe, in the province of Gelderland. They had been helped by a resistance organization under leadership of mrs. E.J. van Lohuizen-Wielink. Salomon en Paulina were caught on the eve of the first Seder.
The diary of mrs. E. van Lohuizen-Wielink can be found at the NIOD. It mentions both Salomon en Paulina.
