Salomon Wijler and Paulina Wijler-Vomberg had been hiding in a house called "De Blauwvoet" in Epe, in the province of Gelderland. They had been helped by a resistance organization under leadership of mrs. E.J. van Lohuizen-Wielink. Salomon en Paulina were caught on the eve of the first Seder.
The diary of mrs. E. van Lohuizen-Wielink can be found at the NIOD. It mentions both Salomon en Paulina.
Four of their children survived the war.
