Jeanette Groen had een oudere zuster, Judith. Judith was getrouwd met George Hendrik Koehof, zij overleefde de oorlog. Samen met Koehof kreeg Judith drie zoons: George, Lex en Ruud.

Jeanette Groen had met Alexander Groen een dochter, genaamd Emelia. Emelia werd 4 jaar en overleed net als haar moeder in Auschwitz.
