Joseph van Dijk was a son of Aron van Dijk and Mirjam d' Ancona. He wrote lyrics, including some for Max Tak’s cabaret. Two of his songs are called ‘Morgen gaat het beter’ (Things will be better tomorrow) and ‘Onder de bomen van het plein’ (Under the trees in the square).
