Leo Koster was getrouwd met Helena Hartog. Samen hadden zij twee dochters. Annie de oudste en Bep (Bertha Helena) de jongste. Bep is geboren op 17 juni 1933. Heeft de oorlog overleefd na weggehaald te zijn geworden uit de hollandse schouwburg en de kindercreche. Is ondergedoken geweest in leiden bij de familie Posthumus.
