The Maastricht police commissioner requested that Mozes Lipschits, Marianna Lipschits-Walvis and Alexander Jacob Lipschits, all residing in Maastricht, be located, detained and brought to trial. They had left their place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.

De familie Lipschits vluchtte in 1943 naar België.
Daar worden ze al snel in Brussel aangehouden ("illegal in Brüssel seit
4 Wochen 24.5.43") ongeacht de valse persoonsbewijzen. Zie de foto's.

Kort daarop wordt het gezin met Transport XXI (vertrek 31.07.1943)
vanuit Mechelen naar Auschwitz gedeporteerd en aldaar meteen vergast.
