About Judith Poons-Groen

Judith Groen was a daughter of Alexander Groen and Margaretha Wurms. Her mother passed away in 1933. Judith then lived with her grandfather and his 2nd wife. The first wife of Philip Wurms was Judith Plukker - she was the mother of Margaretha Groen-Wurms. She died in 1906.

"Ook in 1944 staan wij gaarne voor u klaar!" Met deze nieuwjaarswens van de N.V. Handelsvennootschap S.I. de Vries eindigde het oorlogsjaar 1943. De meeste Joodse werknemers van dit textielbedrijf konden dit niet meer zeggen.
