Ralph was a refugee. He lived in the refugee facility in Gouda from April 1939, moved to Quarantine Zeeburg in Amsterdam in December 1939, to Oostelijke Handelskade 12 in February 1940 and to the Westersingel in Rotterdam in April 1940.
His last address in Berlin was Berlin N4, Elsasserstr. 11. I do not know who his parents were.
