Isaac de Leeuwe

Isaac de Leeuwe was a son of  Abraham de Leeuwe and Roosje Strous. He married Antje Blik in Amsterdam 19 November 1879, a daughter of Isaac Jacob Blik and Annaatje Barend Matteman. The couple had eight children, namely Rosa in 1880, Abraham in 1881, Annetje in 1884, Jacob in 1888, Sara in 1890, Bernard in 1892, Rachel in 1895 en Louis in 1901. The Jokos file reveals that a claim was lodged for compensation for valuables surrendered to the Lippmann-Rosenthal looting bank (L-claim, number 7160/12667).
