This sub-unit contains individual documentation from Concentration Camp Buchenwald, arranged by the ITS into personal files. The first page of each file is an envelope created by the ITS, This envelope contains personal data on the individual and a listing of the document types contained in the file. It can also include an ITS inquiry file number (T/D-number).

Please note that while the majority of the material in the files comprises original documentation from the period of this camp's existence as a Nazi persecution site, the compilation of the files was carried out by the ITS from various sources it holds.

Simon was een van de mannen die bij de razzia in Amsterdam op 22 februari 1941 werden opgepakt. Op 28 februari 1941 kwam hij aan in Buchenwald (gevangenenr 1711), vanwaar hij op 22 mei 1941 op transport werd gesteld naar Mauthausen.
