Emanuel Neter and Leentje Smeer married 17 August 1932 in Amsterdam. Emanuel Neter was a tailor and son of Samuel Neter and Leentje Roeg. Leentje was the daughter of Azor Smeer and Sara Cohen. Andries Neter was deported to Sobibor in June 1943 from Vught via Westerbork on the so-called children's transport. He was 7 when he died.
