Simon Isaäc Hoffmann

Frieda Freundlich and her husband had two children. Their son still lived at home, their daughter Hanni was married and lived, with her own family, elsewhere in Amsterdam.

In the Auschwitz Museum there is a suitcase with "F. Hoffman, 8-1-1888" written on it in the pile of suitcases of murdered Jews.

Simon Isaac Hoffman komt als 'Isaac Holsman' voor op de erelijst van de CPN. Deze werd na de oorlog samengesteld voor een gedenkboek. Helaas is dat boek er nooit gekomen, maar de documenten op basis waarvan hij op de lijst is terechtgekomen bevinden zich in het archief van de CPN op het IISG (inventarisnummer 132.1).
