Meijer Elsas, son of Salomon Elsas and Dina Corper, married Rachel Levitus, daughter of Benjamin Levitus and Klaartje Waas, on 26 February 1936.
Meijer Elsas was a baker. He and his wife lived in Bussum at first and later at 10 Sparrenweg in Amsterdam. On 21 May 1942 their daughter Klara Rachel was born there.
