Hanna de Jong was a daughter of Abraham de Jong and Sophia Meiler, but lived at the adress Ten Katestraat nr. 3 of her stepfather Hartog Glasbeek. Afther the death of Abraham de Jong in 1931, Hartog Glasbeek married in Amsterdam on 1 May 1931 to Sophia Meiler.
Hanna married in Amsterdam on 18 March 1942 to Louis Root, son of Juda Root and Schoontje Brilleman.
