According to the death records of camp Sachsenhausen Henri van Lier died on 21 January 1945. It is possible this date is different from the official day of death as established after the war by the Department of Justice.

op 27 december 1917 trouwden in Amsterdam Salomon van Lier, 25 jaar oud, kantoorbediende, zoon van Jacob van Lier en Anna de Solla, met Marianna Frederika Cohen, 23 jaar oud, dochter van Jacob Abraham Cohen en Hermina Catharina Rosner. Het aktenummer van de Burgerlijke stand is Reg. 5L fol. 12. De geboortejaren kloppen ... Maar Salomon is op zeker moment van voornaam veranderd.
