Jutha Mariana Meijers

A memorial in Brummen commemorates the Jewish victims of this town. More information on this memorial can be found (in Dutch) on the website of the Nationaal Comité 4 en 5 mei.

Mozes Meijers (known as Moos) was married to Aaltje Levie from Rheden. The couple had two daughters, Jutha Mariana and Mariana, and two sons, Lion Isaac and Isaäc. The family lived in Leuvenheim near Brummen.

Mozes Meijers ran a cafe at 88 Zutphenseweg, where he lived with his family as well. Mozes Meijers was the brother-in-law of Lea Meijers-van Esso.
