Judith is een dochter van Izaak Mozes Sax en Esther Bak. Ze trouwde 2 december 1915 met Paulus Ludovicus Antonius Rudolphus van Baer (23 jaar, geboren in Amsterdam), zoon van Paulus Antonius Rudolphus van Baer en Johanna Pellina van Doorn.
