De tandarts Overweg uit Dordrecht dook met zijn gezin op twee adressen in Den Haag onder. Emma en haar broer Nollus zijn later naar Ede gegaan, en daar door de SD opgepakt en in Auschwitz vermoord. De ouders hebben de oorlog overleefd.
