Felicia Wolff-van Lier

De overlevende echtgenote heeft in april 1996 een testimoy afgelegd voor de USC Shoah Foundation Institute, waarin zij haar verhaal verteld, deze kunt u hier bekijken.

Flora was een dochter van Isaac Salomon Manheim en Betsy Andries Aronson. Rond 1879/80 emigreerde het gezin Manheim naar Engeland. De tekst 'Beatrix van Lier en drie kinderen gaat over de jongere zuster van Felicia. Beatrix was getrouwd met Leonard David Frank (Zwolle 1903-Auschwitz 1943) en ze hadden drie zoons. Net als de moeder hebben zij de oorlog overleefd.

De trouwfoto: volgens mij inderdaad Felicia maar niet met de bruidegom maar met haar vader, Simon van Lier, oorspronkelijk violist en later muziekuitgever in Londen.
