The police commissioner of Haarlem requested that Philippus van Coevorden and his wife Sientje van Coevorden-van Wezel be located, detained and brought to trial. They lived in Haarlem and were suspected of having changed their place of residence without obtaining the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
