About Louise Michaelis-Schmul

On Friday 9 April 1943 Louise Schmul was taken to the railway station in Gouda, along with the other 61 residents of the Centraal Tehuis voor Israelieten in Nederland, a Jewish home for the elderly. After spending a month at Westerbork transit camp, she was deported to Sobibor on 4 May 1943.
