Bron: Ghetto Fighters house
The Cohen family of Utrecht, the Netherlands, in a multigenerational photo.
Hartog Cohen and his wife Sara, sitting in the center, were photographed with their entire family.
Also identified:
Harry - Hartog Cohen - standing, seventh from the left, in uniform;
Phillip Cohen, Harry's father - sitting, far right;
Sophie Cohen - Kleermaker, Phillip's wife - sitting, far left;
Elizabeth - Bep Cohen (later de Jong) - sitting in the front with two children.
The photo was taken on 23 June 1936.
Notes:
1. Harry was the donor's grandfather.
2. This photo is part of a large collection of photos and documents pertaining to the family of the donor, Mirjam Bruck - Cohen. See file 29458 in the Holdings Registry of the GFH Archives.
