Levie Koekoek

Levie Koekoek was a son of Juda Isaac Koekoek and Marianne Witzenhuizen. He married in Amsterdam on 24 June 1891 to Margaretha van Bever, who survived the Holocaust. The couple had eight children, of which two have died in childhood. The others were Raphael, Juda, Hartog, Marianne, Sara and Leentje. The three daughters have survived the war, of whom Sara moved in 1951 to Australia.

We have been unable to determine whether one or more members of this family survived the war. While their names do not appear on the lists of survivors, we have not been able to trace them in In Memoriam either. They are therefore labeled as 'surviving' and their names are not listed.
