Question about Golde Lea Beder

Izrael Chaim Löbel married Golde Lea Beder, daughter of SaraScheindel Kornmehl. I am a relative through my Kornmehl side. I understand that
Golde Lea Beder survived the Holocaust with a child. Is there any information you could give me about the name of the child and the location? Also Golde Lea was likely born in Tarnow Poland. Do you have a birthdate? Thank you!

Question regarding Golde Lea (Leni) Lobel

According to the Yad Vashem Righteous Among Nations Archives, Johannes van den Berg and his wife saved many Jews in their house including Jack and Stella Beder (also related to me) and Leni Lobel and Gitta Grinberg. My question is who is Gitta Grinberg? We know that Leni Lobel's husband was taken. We also know that she survived with a son (likely named Simkha). Could you check your archives for mo…

Gitta Grinberg

The Gitta Grinberg asked about in the previous post is probably Gitta Grinberg-Löbel, a sister of Izrael Chaim Löbel. She was born June 28, 1905 in Sedziszow, Poland and survived the war. It seems likely that she was in hiding together with Leni Löbel-Beder and Leni's son Sigmund.

the Birth Notice - shown in 'photos' section.

The 1939 Birth Notice (shown in the 'Photos' section - is relating to the birth of Israel and 'Leni' (Golda Lea, nee Beder)'s son, Simche (also known then, as Siegmund, and later/now as Simon).  He was likely named after his maternal grandfather, Simche Isaac Beder ('Siegmund') who died in Dusseldorf in 1935.

Simon survived the holocaust, together with his mother, 'Leni' (Golda Lea; later: Leah). …

The story of Simi Löbel

Simi is the son of Israel and Leah (Leyni) Loebl.  As a baby, he was fostered (sheltered) by a righteous Dutch family, in the Velp. He survived, emigrated to Israel after the war, with his mother, Leyni (she survived hiding with 13 others, in a house in the Velp). This is Simche/Shimon's story.
