Mozes de Jong was a son of Wolf Joseph de Jong and Henriette Oppenheimer. He married 15 March 1906 in Weesp to Mietje Pach, a daughter of Samson Pach and Judith Peereboom. The couple had seven children: Henriette, Samson, Judith, Alida, William and Jozeph. One baby daughter has died in 1912 and about Judith is nothing further known. All others have been killed during the Holocaust.
