About Abraham Ide Landau

Abraham Ide Landau and his brother Pinkus Szmull Landau co-owned a sugar-produce factory at the Nieuwe Herengracht in Amsterdam called the "Landau Bros". The factory was first located on the Nieuwe Kerkstraat.

Het gezin bestond uit Abraham Ide, Perel, zoon Joseph Saul en dochter Sulamith Esther. Alleen Joseph overleefde de oorlog; hij zat als onderduiker, nadat er eerder zes onderduikadressen waren verraden, bij de familie Verbeek in Grubbenvorst, Limburg.

Abraham en broer Philip woonden met hun gezinnen in hetzelfde pand in de Plantage Franschelaan, rsp. op nr. 30-II en 30-I. Beiden waren actief in de …
