Rebekka Johanna Werkendam

Rebecca Johanna Werkendam joined the Hollandia-Kattenburg textile factory in Amsterdam on 13 June 1941. On Wednesday, 11 November 1942, around 4:30 PM, Willy Lages conducted the Sicherheitspolizei raid on the Hollandia factories. Rebekka's birthday is the same as her great grand neice Hetty (my mother). Her father Isaac was my great grandfather Zadok's brother. Her sister Johanna Maria was also taken from this same factory where they both worked.
The mother of Johanna and Rebekka survived the war.
