Isaac Menist and his family

Isaac Menist was the cantor/teacher of the Dutch Jewish Community in Dinxperlo. According to tradition Isaac Menist and his wife were completely dressed in black. Isaac wore a high, black, old fashioned yarmulke with a raised border. Isaac and Carolina were the parents of Leopold.
