Sara van Gelder-van Geldere was the mother of Jacob Henri van Gelder, Betsy Estella van Gelder (Brieko), Elly van Gelder, Martin Arnold van Gelder en Hendrika Maas-van Gelder. They lived Roerstraat 115-I Amsterdam. She was married to Arnold van Gelder and survived the Holocaust by hiding in Friesland, together with her husband.
