We are currently working on the Ballin-Scheidt family genealogy and are looking for anyone who may have known or remembers Mr. Scheidt's family members in Amsterdam before the war and during the Nazi occupation and later in Westerbork, Bergen-Belsen, Neungamme or after liberation in Sweden.
In particular we are are interested in any information about Engelina Lissaur, born September 2nd 1930, Elisabeth Charlotte "Lilo" Lissaur, nee Ballin, born 1908, or her first husmand Jessia Lissaur, born 1903.
Jessia and Lilo were married on March 16th 1929 and divorced in the late 1930s.
They lived together in Titanstraat 44 and later Lilo and Puppi lived at Herculesstraat 25A.
Puppi attended the Montesori School at Corellistraat 1.
We would love to hear from anyone associated or familiar with the Lissaur family.
