Samson Polak was married. He and his wife lived in The Hague. Samson Polak was a sales representative. He was active in the underground for the Communistische Partij Nederland (CPN), including helping people in hiding. He was in hiding as well.
Samson Polak was caught in The Hague on 30 April 1944. He was deported via the prison at Scheveningen and the penal barracks at Westerbork. His wife survived the war.
