Hartog van Beugen and Roosje Monasch got married on april 20, 1898 in Rotterdam. Seven children were born from this marriage: Betje, Dina, Louis, Leonard, Alida, Henriëtte Francina, Elias.
Alida, her husband and their two sons went into hiding and survived the war. All the children, except Elias, had their own families and lived at different addresses.
