About Elias Cohen

Elias Cohen and Hanny Cohen-Weiss were married at transit camp Westerbork on 26 February 1943. He was a cattle dealer and a son of cattle dealer Hartog Cohen and of Beilina Hart. Hanny, a seamstress, was a daughter of merchant Sally Weiss and of Paula Studzinsky. Both the parents of the bride and of the bridegroom attended the marriage ceremony; they all signed the marriage certificate.
