Isaac Segal, a son of Meijer Segal and Esther de Magtige, married 10 January 1940 in Amsterdam Isabella Sophia Spee, a daughter of Jean Benjamin Gérard Spee and Judith Blitz.
The couple had two children: one son died in January 1942, only 3 months old. The other son Meijer, has been killed in Auschwitz toegher with his mother.
