In September 1943 Duifje Gans was brought to Limburg and taken in by a family on the Stationsweg in Venray. On 16 August 1944 she was taken from her home by the state police from Eindhoven and taken to Eindhoven. There are witness accounts in the Archief Pol. Opsporingsdienst Roermond 1945-58, nr. 148.
