Matje Wurms was a daughter of Salomon Wolf Wurms and Rebekka Simon Manheijm. She was married to Salomon Gobets in Amsterdam on 13 November 1889, a son of Machiel Gobets and Elisabeth Bak. Abraham Gobets however passed away, aged 61 and was interred at the Jewish cemetery in Diemen on 7 January 1931.
Matje Wurms and Abraham Gobets were the parents of Salomon, Michiel, Rebecca, Jacob, Elisabeth, Emanuel and Willem. .
