Pinas Zwarenstein was married to Kaatje Zwarenstein. The couple had five children, including two sons who died before the war. Pinas was a livestock dealer. The couple’s three daughters, one of whom lived at a different address, did not survive the war.
Pinas Zwarenstein had eleven brothers and sisters. One of his brothers survived the war in the Dutch East Indies. The other ten brothers and sisters died during the war.
