Isaäc was een van de mannen die bij de razzia in Amsterdam op 23 februari 1941 werden opgepakt. Op 28 februari 1941 kwam hij aan in Buchenwald (gevangenenr 3139), vanwaar hij op 22 mei 1941 op transport werd gesteld naar Mauthausen.
