Isbert Meijer (Meyer)

I am interested who added this name to this school picture of 1941 at number 100.
Isbert was (recognized only last week!) at number 108 on the school picture of 1937. The two persons do not look very similar and the person on the picture of 1937 looks older than the one on the picture of 1941!
Isbert lives today in New York.
