Dear Heinz,
According to her Archive Card at the Amsterdam city archive she was born in Jü'chen, this later has been changed to Julich.
Here parents were Emanuel Hirsch and Netchen Cohen.
I've looked up her death certificate, there it says she was born in Jüchen, Germany and her perands were Emanuel Hirsch and Netta Cohn.
Still no answer to your question but maybe the names of the parents will be of help in the future.
