Alexander Friedler

Alexander came tot he Netherlands in January 1939, with his two younger brothers. His two brothers were in the Burgerweeshuis in May 1940 and thus with the group of children that Mrs. Wijsmuller managed to take out of the country on May 14th, 1940.
Two older siblings were already in England.
Alexander lived in Ruinen (Noorderhuis), and at the boys orphanage in Amsterdam.
His mother was also in the Netherlands: she survived Bergen-Belsen. His father managed to get to Palestine in 1940.
