About Dora Marcus-Weingarten

Dora Marcus-Weingarten was a widow. She was a family friend of Siegmund Cohen and his wife Olga Goudberg. When Siegmund Cohen left for the Netherlands in 1936, Dora Marcus-Weingarten came along. She lived with the family in The Hague and later in Alphen aan den Rijn. During the major raid of 30 September 1942, she was fetched and deported to Auschwitz via Westerbork.
