Eva Keizer was a daughter of Liefman Keizer and Betje Leman. She married Abraham de Levie in 1929 in Zwolle.

The Zwolle state and municipal police commissioner requested that Eva de Levie-Keizer, residing at 20 Thomas à Kempisstraat in Zwolle, be located, detained and brought to trial. She was suspected of having changed her place of residence without the required authorization. This description referred to Jews who had gone into hiding.
