Frisia Nora Benima was a daughter of Bernardus Benima and Hanna Pels.

Frisia Nora Benima accompanied the members of the women gymnastics assocation in Hoorn on the piano. She also was a member of the orchestra of the Royal Concert and Singing Association Sappho. She also was a member of the board of Sappho as treasurer. On 12 November 1942 she was registered in Hoorn as having moved to Amstel 151 I in Amsterdam.
