Levie (Louis) Appelboom was a son of Alexander Appelboom and Rebecca Varro. He married in London on 25 May 1902 to Esther Canes, who passed away in Amsterdam on 19 February 1928. The couple had three children together: Alexander and Jacob, who both have survived the Holocaust and a daughter Gracia.
