Froukje Messcher was the daughter of Levie Messcher and Suusje Cina Cohen.

In November 1941, an obituary was placed in Het Joodsche Weekblad for Froukje Messcher. A week later, another death notice was placed announcing the death of the inmate Fr. Messcher. From the notice: 'During more than 40 years, she looked after our parents' housekeeping with great competence and dedication'.
